We found Rob's training to be very professional and delivered to a high standard. In addition to this Rob has a very friendly and approachable style which means that staff really enjoy the training delivered but also feel they can ask any questions and therefore rob creates a learning environment that ensures the needs of the staff are fully met.

I have been using Vale Safety Training since April 2013. The level of knowledge and experience Rob has means I always feel confident that my staff will receive great tuition. I currently use Vale Safety Training for the renewal of my First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid. I also use them for the full 5 day National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and 2 day National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches courses. One of the stand out features which has kept me using Vale Safety Training is the helpfulness and hands on approach in advertising and promoting the courses we run at our sites.

I was very impressed with the high standard of First Aid training given by Robert Lloyd of Vale Safety Training. Staff commented that this was the best First Aid training they had ever received. The trainer really interacted well with the staff and was very professional in his delivery. Staff felt they had learned a huge amount through Robert’s practical guidance, giving them the confidence to deal with any emergency situations which they may encounter in a school situation. I would highly recommend this trainer if you require refresher or initial First Aid training in your school.

We have had Rob as a trainer for a few years now. His training is very good and honest. He goes that bit extra during the training. Although lifeguard training is a compulsory and very important, he does make things a little fun during the training, which is great and keeps everyone engaged. Any questions you have no matter how important or not important you think they are, he is always happy to help as and where possible.
